Good Food is Critical

It is important to have a right mix of carbs, proteins & fat. Eat all kind of colours found in nature (in fruits and vegetables). Each colour is linked to a chemical (salts and minerals) which is required by the body.

Carbs should be 50% and proteins , fats should be 25% each in your diets.

Your daily consumption of calories (as per thumb rule) is weight of the body x 13 calories.
