Have various speed work to enjoy

Normal is boring and I am sure these goes with running also. We should go slow and fast as a mix to complete the entire course. This keeps the muscles working with highs and lows.

Slow and fast also make lungs working longer and stronger.

      • Its impotant to run, pace does not matter much
