Easy Run after the Marathon is must
Muscles takes it easy when we do easy runs and as per what body can take it. I have done some 3.2 K (3 times), 4.8 k, 6.4 k to come to normal shape. Timing improved every day. This makes the entire expercience exciting. Now Marathon on 21st jan is passee and looking for the next big run. This yr I will like to travel to a foreign destination to accomplish the marathon task.
