Make Strong Legs

Excercise properly : Stretching is key for the strong legs before and after the run.

Take Intervals: After a good 10 min run relax muscles either by walking or running slow.

Hydrate properly : take water regularly when felt.

Wear Right Clothes : body fitting clothes but yet loose gives strength.

Tighter Hips : Hips muscles are important for a run because they take the maximum pressure. Entire CG is managed at this point. So keeping Hips tight results in strong legs.

We need strong legs to have good stride and at a good frequency. This makes the running pacy.
