I feel better when i choose to run fast. End result boost my confidence. It gives me satisfaction. I feel better as if I have conquered the world.
A speed run is very exciting because it needs lot of power. I have found that a speed run burns 30-50 calories extra then a slow run.
Therefore to be successful in a speed run two things are must :
1. We should have good food a day before, to ensure that we have enough strength
2. A sound sleep to ensure all muscles are relaxed and ready to give maximum energy.
This is the mantra not only for a good speed run but also for managing your work.
