Modulation 1

Slow and fast running. Idea is to fix the distance on a regular basis and modulate pace. This really gives lot of sense of run easy. This means comfortable pacing of lungs.

There is a great sense of run easy feeling. This build muscles and reduce pain.

This is the exciting modulation and we need not to sacrifice on mileage.
