Modulation 1.1

With in a fixed course format. The timing can be modulated in the short gaps. This is controlling the pace with a varied time. This makes the run interesting. The major benefit is that heart can take more oxygen when run is easy and use this to burn when running at higher pace. This modulate the heart rate.

Excercing with modulation make it exciting and makes us Smarter.
