Pace Running build muscles

if a slow run relaxes muscles than pace running builds muscles. Every 2 times in a wk a pace run is good. The basic funda is to run one lap at the highest pace and rest laps can be slowed down.

This overall improves the pace of the day

Running is a magic and i experienced this just a week back. From a complete non-runner i started with just a deternimation to run everyday and the distance was not in my mind. That sweat...the feel...the increased heart beat...all this acts like an reward to what effort you have put in. I MUST SAY I AM EXCITED TO RUN EVERYDAY. I CAN RUN ONE MILE NOW.
