When ever there is a pain in the leg and body feel lethargic, we should take a slow course. This tunes the body and help to build muscles.
This is important to cure injuries. I had a good run in the morning today in rain. Rain could not allow me run faster, so by running slow, I could manage to cure my injury and also i did not feel exerted.
I am very happy becasue I could manage to meet my targets.
