Easy Run after the Marathon is must

Muscles takes it easy when we do easy runs and as per what body can take it. I have done some 3.2 K (3 times), 4.8 k, 6.4 k to come to normal shape. Timing improved every day. This makes the entire expercience exciting. Now Marathon on 21st jan is passee and looking for the next big run. This yr I will like to travel to a foreign destination to accomplish the marathon task.

Light Walk and Jog to fight Pain

After Marathon legs pain a lot. To fight pain it is important to do a light walk and jog to beat the pain. Drink lot of milk and do some stretching excercise.

I have learned through marathon how to control the body pressures and achieve the milestone. I am happy to conquer a marathon.

Just donot think much , sleep better and get prepared for a great run. I am excited to participate in the run and I cherish every moment of my life.

I am happy to be a marathoner. I am thankful to god for providing me such great strength to make it happen.

First 32 K run

I am happy that I have stretched myself to 32 K run as a part of my preperation. This is one of the best experience. My body got tired and I felt very hungry after that. Legs were paining the maximum.

I am happy to complete this milestone. I am looking forward to do my first marathon on 21 jan.

To run a full marathon, we need a great motivation. It is all in head. A strong man will never say its over and he will not feel tired. We must not perceive that body is tired. if we think that way definitely we will get the same results.
