After 20 minutes of running, having a nice meal of proteins and carbohydrates make the entire routine very healthy. It really helps you in long run. It provides good energy by carbohydrates and muscles cure by proteins.

This is the moment to cherish when you go out to a new place. A good run in the premium location is very rewarding. This is the credential of a runner that which all places he has run.

Just take stock of best places in a city and go out and run. Best is to be at easy pace and just enjoy the scenic beauty. Some places have great air and it is lovely to enjoy that early morning air.

Get Up and Run , No Excuses

We are very lazy in Bed. Especially in winters. We donot want to break the monotony of morning and take drastic step to go out and run in cold. We need inspirations at that point :-

1. I will feel much better than now
2. Sweating in (esp in winter) is the best thing to happen
3. Running is like my praper every morning. I will feel bad if I am not doing it.
