I am fond of taking risky courses and created lot of expertise in managing them.

This gives me great feeling. Taking risk is not knowing where we will go and accept what comes in between.

Every one is an athlete

This is a great message. I found a great meaning in it.

Every one is an athlete and only difference is that some of them are in training and some of us are not.

I have realised this on my self. How come a guy of 94 kgs have started running the most raw discipline in sports and finally have scored 5 half marathons and 1 marathon.

I am a great follower of this message. I will use it as many time as possible in my life to motivate people.

A passion called Running

Passion drives you and keep your ego and belief intact. People driven by passion are excellent performers and always look forward to do excellent work. They deliver excellence and appreciate excellence.

A Runner is of this breed. He is moved by excellence and deliver the timing and distance based on his passion. Over the years when a runner sees his/her performance hw feel proud of it. Running is one thing for which he was born.

There is nothing better than this feeling for being a runner.

High Speed Run shows you are young

I feel better when i choose to run fast. End result boost my confidence. It gives me satisfaction. I feel better as if I have conquered the world.

A speed run is very exciting because it needs lot of power. I have found that a speed run burns 30-50 calories extra then a slow run.

Therefore to be successful in a speed run two things are must :

1. We should have good food a day before, to ensure that we have enough strength
2. A sound sleep to ensure all muscles are relaxed and ready to give maximum energy.

This is the mantra not only for a good speed run but also for managing your work.

Fixed Course is a excellent feeling

When we decide a fixed course and keep faith to honour it, gives a great feeling. This is excellent becasue we know one thing for sure that this is the course I have to do and the only thing on that day to decide is the pace. There fore modualtion becomes easy on a fixed course.

Also, it gives a great feeling to know that we have found our way to go more strongly.

Modulation 1.2

A fixed course with varied pace can be played in many ways.

1. high to low - starting high and down to low
2. low to high - starting at lower pace and come up high
3. low high low high
4. high low high low

The difference in modulation should not be more than +/- 5%.

Modulation 1.1

With in a fixed course format. The timing can be modulated in the short gaps. This is controlling the pace with a varied time. This makes the run interesting. The major benefit is that heart can take more oxygen when run is easy and use this to burn when running at higher pace. This modulate the heart rate.

Excercing with modulation make it exciting and makes us Smarter.

Modulation 1

Slow and fast running. Idea is to fix the distance on a regular basis and modulate pace. This really gives lot of sense of run easy. This means comfortable pacing of lungs.

There is a great sense of run easy feeling. This build muscles and reduce pain.

This is the exciting modulation and we need not to sacrifice on mileage.

Better have Modulation

A runner should modulate its course in order to optimise energies and manage the pain in the body. Modulation helps to manage the running streak and keep the body and motivation in order.

I am a great fan of Nadal and his tennis gives me the sense of modualtion to span with in games. Energy should be used in right order and with great motivations.

A sports person manages life with ease because they know Endurance, Highs and Lows & Sports man Spirit.

This is a great feeling.

Run in Rain

Today it was raining and I had a good run. Rain cannot be the excuse for runners. I enjoyed the cool breeze and the rain drop which was giving me great fun. Run in Rain is a dream occassion. I made the maximum out of it. The best part was the smell of neem tree & soil. Sound of birds was enchanting. They were very happy and sounding like a musical band. Its a great gift of nature to have rain and early morning rain is even more better. I am happy to enjoyed that moment while on run.

Every runner should have a dream run in rain.

Love challenges

It is the essence of life that challenges make people strong and mature. Beating challenges gives more fun. To earn maximum out of life, we should ensure that we meet and beat challenges on regular basis.

I make good friends on the run

This is the biggest culture of Marathon and a runner that while on the run we make friends. They discuss their experiences and help out so that we can finish the race. At the end, we all meet again as if we all have win the marathon.

Running Streak is a wonderful experience

When we plan a running streak it means we are committed to a discipline which needs to be followed on a regular basis. We feel organised, disciplined and athletic. I am very happy to be one. I have done 300+ km on streak and will do so. The minimum I run is atleast 1 mile.
